Shirley was born November 8, 1949, in Honeybee Parkers Lake in Kentucky, to the late Seaira Vargas, 33, of Toledo, passed away on Saturday, April 15, 2023 in Toledo. His father is deceased, and his mother, Bernie Frisch, survives in Tiffin. She was born July 18, 1926, in Upper Sandusky, to Vincent and Constance (Orians) Arnold.
